Shadow Valley Country Club is underway. This 18 hole effort is
the initial center-piece of what is slated to be a 36 hole major country club
and 1100 acre real estate development in the northwest Arkansas hotbed of golf related development. The site and
course will feature several major lakes, a significant Ozark scenic river,
and many free flowing year round springs. These springs will feed a series of
meandering brooks which will be key features of many holes that are located
along and within the prominent and broad shouldered valleys. This highly
accessible site is located between I-540 and the new Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport.
